February 3 to 5; Chinook Blast 2023 Asian Market & Lantern Parade, the Chinook Blast 2023 Asian Market will have a colorful and bright display with Asian features, lantern posts and LED lighting around the City Hall Atrium. Asian exhibitors will be invited to feature their traditional and cultural wear, products, and activities. There will be an exhibitor zone (products and packed food, outfits, etc.), a games zone, and an Asian Arts Zone for our attendees to enjoy and support. Learn more at chinookblast.ca.
February 4, 10am to 4pm; Winter Carnival, Willow Ridge Community Association is holding a large-scale Winter Carnival with skating, hockey, crokicurl, food trucks, prizes, firepits, competitions, sleigh rides, petting zoos, music and more.

February 4, 1pm to 3pm; WP Puppet Theatre’s Puppet Pop-Up Studio, a monthly puppet making and performing workshop offered at various times at different locations in Calgary. The workshops actively promote all family members, youngsters and elders, in creating art and drama together and accommodate all skills and ages, with a different theme each month. February 4; Seollal, the Korean Lunar New Year Festival, celebrate Seollal (the Korean Lunar New Year Day) with games, cultural performances, live music, and dancing at the Calgary Central Library.
